Benthaven represents owners through real estate projects, invests in a few of its own, and is building an AI-native platform for the industry. Based on the San Francisco Peninsula, with work on Colorado's Front Range.
The hard part of real estate isn't the listing.
Acquiring, financing, improving, maintaining, and eventually selling a property involves hundreds of interdependent decisions and dozens of people. Most owners face that once or twice in a lifetime, without anyone whose whole job is to see it all.
That's the job we do. And because we do it every day, we're building the software that makes it faster, clearer, and calmer, for us first and then for everyone else.

Gabe Swank
Gabe founded Benthaven after a career as a software product designer, business-development lead, and investor. He holds a BA and an MBA from Stanford, and chairs the Facilities Committee on the Board of Trustees of an independent school on the Peninsula. He runs Benthaven AI-first: small team, high standards, most of the leverage in the systems.
