After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Website Privacy

What we collect

This is an informational website. We do not run advertising and we do not use tracking cookies. When you contact us by email, phone, or the form on this site, we receive the information you choose to send (typically your name, email address, phone number, and message) and use it to respond and follow up on that conversation.

Our hosting and content-delivery provider may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. Some areas of this site are restricted to invited project participants and require sign-in; for those areas, the sign-in provider processes your email address to verify access.

How we use it

To reply to inquiries, to deliver services and pilot programs you have asked to join, and to operate and secure the site. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you, and never in a way that includes mobile opt-in data.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information about you at any time by writing to hello@benthaven.co.

Applications

If Benthaven releases mobile or desktop applications, the privacy practices specific to those applications will be published on this page and linked from each application before release.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy here, with an updated date.
